滑油冷却器在不同布置方式下换热特性的实验研究

Experimental Study on Heat Transfer Characteristics of Lubricating-Oil Cooler due to Different Ways of Place

  • 摘要: 以68#润滑油为工质,对整体针翅管滑油冷却器的换热和阻力特性进行实验研究。在冷却水入口温度24 ℃、体积流量20 m3/h以及滑油入口温度55 ℃、体积流量6~24 m3/h的实验条件下,获得了滑油冷却器竖直和水平两种布置方式时的换热特性数据,在此基础上简要分析了不同布置方式对换热特性的影响因素。实验结果表明,换热器的不同布置方式对换热特性影响较小,可根据工程使用空间选择竖直或水平布置。

     

    Abstract: Experimental investigation on heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of 68# lubricating-oil in a cooler with integral pin-fin tubes was done in the paper. The heat transfer characteristics were experimentally determined for oil at two different orientations (i.e. vertical, horizontal orientation directions). The cooling water temperature was 24 ℃ and water volume flow rate was 20 m3/h. The oil temperature was 55 ℃ and oil volume flow rate was 6-24 m3/h. The experimental results demonstrate that the different orientations have small effect on the heat transfer characteristics of oil. It is chosen vertical or horizontal orientation directions base space condition in engineering.
