超临界流体管内对流换热模化分析

Scaling Analysis for Convective Heat Transfer in Tube at Supercritical Pressure

  • 摘要: 在超临界流体管内对流换热数据库的基础上,对近年来针对超临界流体管内换热的不同模化方法进行分析,提出了修正的Cheng等模化准则,并进行实验数据验证。结果表明:采用周强泰的传热关系式中的指数,并取平均性质的普朗特数后,得到的修正的Cheng等模化准则精度更高,不同超临界流体间传热的模化符合较好。

     

    Abstract: Based on the experimental database of convective heat transfer in tube at supercritical pressure, different scaling laws for supercritical heat transfer were studied. A modified Cheng et al.’s scaling law was proposed and validated via experimental data. The results show that the modified Cheng et al.’s scaling law has a higher degree of accuracy, while adopting the exponents of Zhou Qiangtai’s correlation and average properties in Prandtl number, and heat transfer scalings of different supercritical fluids agree well.
