Experiment Study on CAP1400 Core Inlet Flow Distribution

  • 摘要: 反应堆堆芯入口流量分配是反应堆水力性能研究的重要内容之一,其与堆芯热裕量和燃料组件燃料棒的流致振动密切相关,从而影响反应堆的运行。CAP1400反应堆堆芯入口流量分配试验是验证CAP1400反应堆结构设计与分析的一个重要环节,旨在验证CAP1400反应堆堆芯入口流量分配的均匀程度。本文通过1/6比例模型试验,获得无均流板结构工况和带均流板结构3种工况(均匀流量工况、非均匀流量工况、偏回路流量工况)下CAP1400反应堆堆芯入口流量分配结果,并进行了各工况下流量分配均匀程度的分析。试验结果表明,CAP1400反应堆堆芯入口具有较好的流量分配效果。

     

    Abstract: The core inlet flow distribution is essential in the study of the hydraulic performance of the reactor, which is closely related to the heat flux of the core and the flow induced vibration of the fuel assembly, and finally affects reactor operating limits. CAP1400 core inlet flow distribution experiment is an important step in the design and analysis of the CAP1400 reactor’s structure to verify the uniformity of the CAP1400 core inlet flow distribution. The experiment was performed with 1/6 linear scaling ratio model. The CAP1400 core inlet flow distribution was identified by non even-flow distributor and three conditions with even-flow distributor including balanced four-cold leg flow condition, unbalanced four-cold leg flow condition and extremely unbalanced condition with an assumption of a single pump failure. The uniformity of the CAP1400 core inlet flow distribution under different conditions was analysed. The experiment results show that the CAP1400 core inlet has a very good flow distribution.
