  • The virtual reactor system is currently a research hotspot in the field of nuclear reactor engineering and technology. This paper introduces the overall research and development progress of “Virtual reactor system development and demonstration application” (a key R&D project of the Ministry of Science and Technology), including the China Virtual Reactor 1.0 (CVR1.0), core software development and verification & validation, multi-physics coupling progress, and preliminary demonstration application of CVR1.0.
