  • It follows from the motion equations of charged particle in curvilinearcoordinates system that the transfer matrix of electrostatic analyzer was derivedin six dimensional phase space. In accordance with these matrixes, the conceptdesign of the supersensitive mass spectrometer beam line for HI-13 tandemaccelerator was calculated.
