SEPARATION OF RADIOBROMINE FROM RADIOIODINE WITH SELECTIVE ADSORPTION ON COPPER BASED PLATINUM ADSORBENT

  • In this paper the method of separation of radiobromine from radioiodinewith selection adsorption on copper based platinum adsorbent is described. The decontamination factors for radioiodine and radiobromine are≥10~3 andthe percentage recovery for both elements are≥95% through one column. Thedecontamination factor of radiobromine from radioiodine is>10~5 with two columns.
