The experiment is carried out in the highly enriched uranium heavy waterlattice, In the experiment, we have applied the theory of random origin intervaldistribution and a control circuit made--up by us. In the data processing, we haveapplied the methods of simplex, fastest descent and mesh search. The experimental results are in good agreement with pulsed--neutron experiment.
