COMPUTER-AIDED DESIGN OF THE ION-OPTICAL SYSTEM FOR A DOUBLE-BEAM EXPERIMENTAL SET-UP

  • The computer--aided design of the ion--optical system for a double beamexperimental set--up is described briefly in the present paper. Transfer matrixmethod and program TRANSPORT are used in the design.
