This paper presents an accurate and stable U.H.F. oscillator. It is used as thetime correction signal of single waveform measurement or the frequency--source ofOther measurement. Frequency range (MHz): 200, 300, 400, 600, 800, 1000. Frequency stability: △f/f_0<5×10~(-1). Output power: P_0>50mW. Output resistance: Z_0=50Ω. Harmonic wave content: <1%.
