Abstract

The preparation of self--supporting isotopic copper and silver targets in thick-nesses of 1--2 mg/cm~2 using rolling is described. The uniformity of the targets ismeasured with α--thickness gauger and is better than 95%. The yield of wholetarget preparation procedure is determined to be about 90%.
