  • The layout of the beam line of ЭГ--2.5 electrostatic generator and thereached specifications and characteristics of the modification are described. Theuse of the magnetic beam steerers which make beam adjustment easier and themeasurements of the vacuum system with titanium sublimation pump and molecularpump sets are specially explained. Several new designed units are also brieflydescribed.
