  • The maximun outputs of this new type of quadrupole power supply are 220Aand 530 A respectively at a repetition rate of 12.5 pulses per second with acurrent variation no greater than±0.1% during the beam time. The load currentcan be automatically adjusted by using power transistors which are in series withthe magnet loads.
