PREPARATION OF RADIOIMMUNO-DOUBLE ASSAY KIT FOR DETECTION OF BOTH HBsAg AND ANTI-HBs

  • A novel solid phase radioimmunoassay kit has been developed for determiningsimultaneously HBsAg and anti-HBs in a test sample, based on the magnifude ofradioactivity on the soild phase beads. It can distinguish HBsAg positive, anti-Hbspositive, or HBsAg and anti-HBs both negotive. The clinical results obtained showthat this method is simple, fast and specific and can be popularized.
