This paper gives the calculating formulas of solid angle subtended by acircular plane target to an arbitrary space point expressed in terms of function f(ρ, r, h). By numerical value integration of functiona f(ρ, r, h) the revisedfactors of solid angles between circular plane radiation source and a coaxialcircular plane target are given.
