  • Inelastic scattering neutron spectra for ZrV_2 are measured at room and lowtemperatures using Be Filter Detector Spectrometer. One of the optical branches isfound to be soft. It is possible that soft mode phase change occures for ZrV_2from high T cube phase to low hexagon phase. This is favarable for superconduc-tivity of ZrV_2.
