ION OPTICS DESGIN OF A 200 kV NONLINEAR HIGH CURRENT ACCELERATION TUBES

  • The ion optics desgin of a 200 kV high current acceleration tubes is describedin this paper. We use nonlinear high gradient ion acceleration tubes to restrainthe space charge force. The potential distribution along the axis of the accelerati-on tubes has been found. Under this potential distribution high current ion beamscan be accelerated and focused much better.
