THE SOFT X-RAY SPECTROMETER USED FOR DIAGNOSIS OF MAGNETICALLY CONFINED PLASMA

  • The soft X-ray spectrometer on the HT-6 M tokamak is described. The chord-integrated equation of the soft X-ray spectrum emitted from the HT-6 M isderived. The spectrum is estimated and the physical design of 1he vacuum colli-mator assembly is based upon the estimation. The experiment results show that thephysical design is successful and the spectrometer has good performances.
