Abstract

A conical resistive divider with thin solution shell and a sector resistivedivider are developed. They are applied to measure nanosecond pulsed high-voltages. They are able to compensate lateral stray capacitances and to decreaseskin effect. Their principle and design are described. The dividers are capable ofmaintaining pulse risetime less than 1.3 ns.
