SIMULATED CALCULATION OF ENERGY DEPOSITION OF RELATIVISTIC ELECTRON BEAM IN THE THIN TARGET

  • The Monte Carlo calculations of the energy deposition of relativistic electronbeam (REB) in 50μm Al, 20μm Cu and 7μm Au thin targets and the angulardistributions of the outgoing electrons are described in the cases of differentincident distributions and taking into account the diode electric field effects andthe values of the deposited energies in 25 subregions for each target aregiven.
