  • Firstly, according to the relation of absorber effective thickness and linewidthbetween each peak, using the absorber area data determined by Quan et al~1 anddata of this experiment, the f factor and absorber linewidth of α-Fe are deter-mined to be 0.793 and 1.21 T. Secondly, taking α-Fe as a reference material,the f factor and absorber linewidth of SNP are determined to be 0.401 and 1.165 Twith reference material method. Finally, according to the relation betweenexperimental linewidth and effective thickness, the f factor of SNP is determinedto be 0.406.
