THE COMPUTER PROGRAM RELATING WITH SOME PARAMETERS OF RADIONUCLIDE GENERATORS

This program can be used to theoretically calculate the data table for thegenerator parameters including radioactive parent quantity loading on the columnN_P~O, radioactive daughter quantity eluating from the column N_D, eluation efficien-cies to parent and daughter η_P and η_D, eluation times I, the half-lives of parentand daughter T_P and T_D, and usable time of the generator T et al. If any sixparameters have been known the two others can be found from the table. If themagnitude of six parameters were given, others can be calculated directly by usingcomputer. This program can be used to decide the activity of the parent nuclide neededin the generator according to different demands of users. This program is writtenwith FORTRAN IV language.
