  • In this paper, A gas ionization chamber which consists of 3 separated anodesand a cathode is described for identification of isobars in AMS. The ionizationchamber is used to identify ~(36)Cl. The result shows that the background ions ~(36)Scan be eliminated by the ionization chamber.
