  • The paper reports experimental results of intense beams extracted from thedouplasmatron source. The experiment is made on the test facility of the intensebeam of the Lanzhou University. On condition that hydrogen beams(mixed beams)are 100mA, beam energy is 33keV, 40mA proton currents are obtained be-hind the magnetic analyzer. And the diameter of beam spot is 2.5--3cm. Main dif-ficult point in the experiment and further measure to raise proton beam currentsare discussed as well.
