A COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR DESIGNING AND CALCULATING BUNCHING SYSTEMS

  • LMOVE is a program written in FORTRAN language, which simulates particle longitudinal motions. This program calculates beam pulsing systems consisting of the following elements: klystron buncher (or the combination of this kind of bunehers), single gap harmonic buncher, DC accelerating column and drift space. Thus it is suitable to simulate the particle longitudinal motions in electrostatic accelerators in which bunching systems are incorporated. No space charge effects are included in these codes.
