DETERMINATION OF 7 TRACE ELEMENTS IN NUCLEAR PURE URANIUM DIOXIDE BY 237-QUATERNARY AMMONIUM LEVEXTREL RESIN/ICP-AES

  • The 237-quternary ammonium levextrel resin chromatography is used to separate 7 trace ele-ments in nuclear pure uranium dioxide. The sample is dissolved in 6.5 mol/l HNO_3, and the ura-nium is separated by chromatographic column. The 7 trace elements Ba, Be, Nb, Ru, Sb, Snand Ta containing in the elutriant are determined using ICP direct reading spectrometer. With asample of 200 mg, the determination limit for all 7 elements is in the range of 0. 013×10~(-6)--0. 50×10~(-6), the recovery is 98%--103% and RSD<5%.
