  • The effects of solid concentration in the glass forming solution, concentration of the blowing agent, temperature distribution in the liquid droplet furnace and flow rate of the purge gas on the wall thickness of micro glass balloons are presented. The process for producing the micro glass balloons with wall thickness less than 1 μm is developed.
