  • The cascade of FIR digital filter and PPSV is used to control chaos and hyperchaos in nonlinear continuous system. As examples, the Lorenz system and CLHE system are studied numerically. The results show that the method of cascade of FIR-PPSV is more effective than either the method of FIR digital filter or PPSV in controlling the chaos and hyperchaos in nonlinear continuous system. Compared with the method of PPSV, the resistance noise character of FIR-PPSV is improved obviously.
