  • Cathode X ray with an intensity compared with anode X ray is found when the feature of alternating current gas discharge is studied. The Si Li spectrometer, NaI scintillation detectors, 7Li thermoluminescence films and X ray films are used to measure the cathode X ray, and the reliability of measured results is discussed.
