Development of Auto-examining Arithmetic About Nuclear-hole Film

  • The nuclear hole film examining is necessary for the quality of nuclear hole film, with which the filter is produced. The numerical statistical method is the core of this new nuclear hole film auto examining software. The result shows it not only strongly resists disturbance, reaches accurate results but also reduces examining time.
