  • Energy measurement of the electron beam is a basic item to ensure the accelerator's stable running. Because the environmental affects, the measurement result will fluctuate. In the paper, EGS4 has been used to simulate the measurement process, and the data fit in with Varian corporation's result. Also, various factors that affect energy measurement result are analyzed and some reference data are given.
