  • Two test methods, natural radioactive background method and decay method, used to verify the detection limit of radioactive aerosol monitors are studied. These methods not only are appropriate for the determination of detection limit of the monitors, but are useful for judging the right meaning of the detection limits that may be confused. The verification methods are simply described, and the regularities to be followed are discussed.
