  • In order to control and keep watch on the fluorine purity, the gas chromatography with series parallel connection of nine columns with two tubs is developed. The key parts of the gas chromatography are chromatographic columns, and its corrosion resisting problem has been solved. The fluorine purity and the contents of impurities in the fluorine gas can be measured accurately by this gas chromatography.
