  • Zr 9Ni 11 alloy is studied by hydrogen absorption and desorption at the same tempe rature, when it is baked in system at 800 ℃ and actived in the hydrogen gas atmosphere at 400 ℃. The results show that hydrogen absorption equilibrium pressures are 40 Pa,1 413 Pa at 25 ℃, and the pressures increase with the temperature increasing. Actived Zr 9Ni 11 increases Ni atom at surface, and the phase of Zr 2Ni, Zr 0.17 Ni 0.83 changes to the phase of Zr 9Ni 11 and ZrNi. The speed of actived Zr 9Ni 11 alloy absorption hydrogen decreases after being exposed in air, but it can absorp hydrogen in air.
