  • The paper describes the 4πγ counting method in radioactivity measurement. The efficiency function is calibrated by using single energy γ sources. A computer program calculating the total effciency is written, and the calculated166Hom effciency is 0.996 7. The relative combined standard uncertainty of the specific activity is 0.4% for the166Hom solution.
