Overview of the External Environment of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant's Thermoluminescent Dosimeter Monitoring Last Ten Years

  • The paper gives an overview of the external environment of Qinshan nuclear power plant's thermoluminescent dosimeter(TLD) monitoring work that Zhejiang province environmental radiation monitoring center was done in the period of 1992 to 2001. The monitoring results show that the dose rates of TLD in the period are 59~170 nGy/h, average value is 91.5 nGy/h; the monitoring results of radiation dose rate are 10%~20% and 17% in average lower than the average of background value, 109.9 nGy/h, which was carried out in 1989~1990.A primary analysis of the monitoring results is made.
