  • As an ideal biomedicine tracer, ~(41)Ca is used to measure the cytoplasmic calci-um under the stimulations of asbestos. The HLF is used as the research object. The cellof HLF is stimulated by asbestos, then the cytosol is extracted to prepare biologicalsample, finally the cytoplasmic calcium in the sample is measured by AMS. The primaryexperiment results indicate that the method of ~(41)Ca tracer combined with AMS can beused to measure the concentration of the cytoplasmic, and further it is possible to applythis method to the biological fields.
