  • A 110° doubly achromatic magnetic deflection system for HM-16 medical linac was described. It consists of three dipoles: two small magnets with opposite polarity and one 110° magnet. All are C-type magnets. All coils are in series and excited with a (power) supply. The system is set and shows good achromatic and focusing properties.
