  • The principle of thermoelectric generator is described. With semiconductor devices, the thermoelectric generator is capable of converting radioactive decay heat to (electricity) to provide power supply for moon investigation apparatus or deep space explorer; the thermoelectric generator is also capable of converting reactor residual heat to electricity to provide reliable power supply for reactor accident monitoring instruments.
