  • The paper concerns in a vehicle-based NaI(Tl) multiple channel spectrometer. The detector is composed of two NaI(Tl) crystals with the size of 10 cm×10 cm×(40 cm.) The advanced technique are adopted in the system, such as ADC integrate CMOS chip and USB microprocessor. It has specific qualities of high sensitivity, real-time monitoring and distinguishing from the different nuclides, so it can be employed to search the lose radiological sources, investigate radiation in the environment, and to be made use of quickly radiological emergency response involving a terrorist attack or radiological incidents.
