  • Four hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibody against SARS-associated coronavirus spike protein were obtained and at same time the polyclonal antibodies were also got by immunizing sheep, goats and rabbits with SARS-associated coronavirus spike protein respectively. Immunoradiometric assay(IRMA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) were established using above Abs for detecting SARS-associated coronavirus, and best assay results were observed when McAb CS_4C_(11) was used as labeled Ab and PcAb(sheep) as capture Ab.
