  • The paper concerns in the physical design method of 571.2 MHz sub-(harmonic) buncher.The two dimensional finite difference method software-Superfish and the three dimensional finite integration method software-MAFIA were used to simulate the structure of the sub-harmonic buncher.Both of the simulation results are in good consistency with the design data.In addition,the characteristics in the RF cavity simulation with the two softwares are compared.
