Abstract
On the basic principle of the gas chromatograph,the penetration volume and the safe sampling volume of perfluorodimethylcyclobutane(PDCB) tracer in atmosphere through Carboxen-569 adsorption tube were tested.The results show that the relation of penetration volume(V_B) and the adsorption temperature(t) is(lg V_B=4.525-0.041 2t),and V_B is almost unchanged with the flux of mobile phase;the relation of safe sampling volume(V_S) of PDCB tracer in(atmosphere) and temperature and the flux of mobile phase are lg V_S=4.551-0.061 6t((F=1 000 mL/min)) and lg V_S=(2.195)-2.449×10~(-4)F((t=40 ℃)).When it was sampled under normal temperature,the loss of tracer PDCB should be neglected.
