Abstract
After the explosive welding, specimens were annealed in vacuum at elevated temperature of 1 300 ℃, and the inter-diffused layers were formed in interface of Nb-1Zr and 316L stainless steel. The length of the inter-diffused layer is about 80 μm. There are a mass of needle shape precipitated phases in the inter-diffused layers, which are identified to be metastable phase cph ζ-(Nb,Ni) by select area diffraction pattern(SADP) method, and the bulk phase is belong to (Cr, Ni, Nb, C) Fe-α phase.
