Development of Cover Seal Mechanism of Spent Fuel Element Shipping

  • The structure, function, design parameters and working processes of the cover seal mechanism of spent fuel element shipping cask in 10 MW high ttemperature gascooled reactor(HTR-10) are introduced in the paper. The results of debugging test and practical operation indicate that the run of cover seal mechanism is well and credible, and it can completely meet the use and safety requirement of HTR-10.
