X-ray Spectra of Target Atoms Emitted in Impact of Ar13+ Upon Mo Metallic Surface

  • X-ray spectra and intensities variation with incident energy of low energy highly charged Ar13+ ions in interaction with Mo metallic surface was studied. The results show that inner shell electrons of target atoms are excited, and X-rays emitted.
