Course of Time 125I-NGF Concentration in Plasma of Mouse

  • The study concerns in the label of nerve growth factor(NGF) by 125I with Idogn method. Course of time -125I-NGF concentration in plasma of mouse was investigated with the method of sodium dodecylsulfate-polyaccrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDSPAGE) after iv 125I-NGF. Result demonstrates the curve of time-125I-NGF concentration in plasma after iv fit a two compartment open model. Distribution phase half life is 0.13 h, elimination phase half life is 3.68 h, the mean plasma clearance is 0.125 L•h-1•kg-1, apparent volume of distribution is 0.697 L• kg-1, and the area under curve is 16.01 μg•h•L-1.
