Calculation Method of Absorption Efficiency for Charged Particle Emission in Silicon Detector

By using the energy loss calculation and layer approximation, the calculation method of absorption efficiency for charged particle emission in silicon detector was developed. The calculated result is in good agreement with experiments. This method provides a simple and reliable tool for getting the absorption efficiency.
