High Precision Measurement of Decay Rate of 7Be in Au

  • The half-life of the 7Be in gold sample at the normal laboratory environment is measured for 4.8 half-lives.The measured value T1/2=(53.245±0.003) d can be used as a reference in study of the variation of the decay rate of 7Be in different environment.
