SoftwareCoincidence Experiment Based on Virtual Instrument Technique

  • Software-coincidence experiment is studied by using virtual instrument technique. α-γ cascade decay of 241Am was measured with both Si(Au) junction detector and Cd(Zn)Te detector, and coincidence measurement and analysis were realized by software. The error of measured activity is 5%-11%. Software-coincidence is realized with coincidence analysis instead of coincidence circuit.
