Experimental Study on Low Energy Beam Transport System of Radio Frequency Quadrupole Accelerator

The on-line performance of low energy beam transport system (LEBT) for accelerator driven sub-critical system (ADS) was experimentally studied, and the method of the measurement of high intensity beam parameters at the entrance of radio frequency quadrupole accelerator and measuring results were also given. The LEBT has been put into daily operation and the good performance was showed.
